I work in a trauma-informed, person-centered way, drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, mindfulness practices, Family Systems Therapy, and Solution-Focused approaches.
My aim is to help you regulate emotions, strengthen boundaries, and move forward in realistic, sustainable ways. In our sessions, we work toward your Soul Balance — the place where you feel steady, secure, and able to navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity.
